Since we woodturners have a reputation for being ‘thrifty’ I thought the addition of TV listings would be a useful addition (to save us buying listings magazines).
A new section for Articles has been added to make it easier to find items published in the newsletters and as a place to add new items of interest. The home page of the section has a number of shorter items set out as hints and tips. If you have any information you’d like published in this section please send it to the web master.
Some of the old articles were about meeting so they have been moved to the Past Meetings section instead.
The secretary asked for a page to be added that he could maintain and it can be found here. This will be used for the sort of information that was previously published on this page and until he has been able to let me have new copy it will contain the old headline.
The navigation bar has been changed to use fly-out sub-menus but you will need javascript enabled to use them.23/04/2006
PDF versions of newsletters are now available for download. Also, a few older newsletters have been found and added to the download list.
The events page has been removed and incorporated into a revised Past Meetings page.
Pictures of past meetings & events, previously reached from the Gallery page are now all in one place below the Past Meetings page.
Links to individual members pages from the Gallery page are now via their names rather than their photos. This is to prevent them appearing like adverts to personal firewalls and thus being hidden.
