If you are interested in joining the club or just coming along to the next meeting to see what goes on, you will be very welcome. We make no charge for visitors and you will even get a free cup of tea! Annual membership is £35, including demonstration fees. This is reduced pro rata if you join part of the way through the year. Payment is in 2 installments, due in January and July, or you may pay in full in January and receive a £1 discount. You will also need to be a member of the Association of Woodturners of Great Britain (A.W.G.B), as we are an affiliated branch. We will be pleased to arrange membership for you, if you wish. Their fee is £14 per annum, reduced if you join half way into a year. Meetings are held in The Old Dairy, Sacrewell Lodge Farm at Sacrewell Farm. On the approach to Sacrewell Farm continue past the turning into the main car park and turn right at the T junction, following the sign to the training centre. Follow the farm track for about 440 yards to Sacrewell Lodge Farm. Just past the farmhouse the track turns sharp left. Turn right immediately after this and continure to the training centre car park. Be on the lookout for farm vehicles when aproaching the car park. |
